It is better to use a RC helicopter or RC jet if I wanted to create a UAV types of objects using a wireless camera?

yeah so I have like a $ 250 budget. nitroplanes.com can go for better information but there was the "Predator RC jet" in a video of a wireless cam attached to the jet which is pretty cool. http://www.nitroplanes.com/4eluavrqprra.html speed is only right to recognize anything on the ground, but do you think that using a helicopter will be better for a UAV (unmaned areial vehicle) type of thing (used for monitoring enemy positions and relaying)? woah! You should be serious about airsoft fights. With a budget of $ 250, you can not get a live camera feed on a plane or helicopter.
