I need help with my holiday menu?!?!?!?

For Christmas Eve I am serving a Rump Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Buttered Pearl Onions, Maple Glazed Green Beans and Carrots, and Crescent Rolls. Desserts will be brought in by my guests, except I am making a sugar free apple pie for my father in law who is diabetic.
My issue is what to serve Christmas day, I am planning on a ham but I have no idea what sides to go with since I am using up the usual sides the night before and it will be the same people eating so I don’t want to re-heat and serve them again. Any ideas would be appreciated. My husband doesn’t “do” cheese so cheese free items are preferable. Anyone have a great idea on a glaze for green beans (our fav. veggie) or a pasta that could go with my glazed ham?

I think twice baked potatoes, the French’s Onion green bean casserole, and a jello or fruit salad would be nice.
