I have promised candy, trips, toys, nothing seems to work. Daddy is even who showed him how big boys use the potty but nothing seems to work! He was big for his age can not go to preschool until he are trained! Any suggestions? I fear he will be in diapers until he was 10.
Do not push him, he uses it as a game of power. Aware what he want so he was rebelling to get attention. I let him talk like he was a baby and treat him like one (because that is probably why he is doing it) and did not even mention the potty seat or view … He will most likely get tired of talking to him in a baby voice and calling her "my little baby" and wanted to prove to you that he is a big boy. If he wants to do something "big boy" just saying "you can not do that, your mommy little baby boy" … try it, I think you just have a smart little one in your hands, to be more intelligent! hap
