My son got this for her 4th birthday. He was THRILLED to obtain it, and couldn’t wait to obtain it home and start playing by it. He even tried for taking it to bed the initial night!
The first 1 week, he played with it repeatedly each day. After a few days, he tired of them. He still enjoys the remote control aspect, but only uses the item for 5 minutes or so at the same time.

Pros: The BIGFOOT the Monster can do some pretty neat equipment, especially to a 4-year aged boy! With the touch of an button, he roars, flips, burps, yells and throws a ball. Initially my son had him or her flip, he thought it seemed to be amazing and couldn’t wait to do it frequently. The remote is also easy to work, and has just enough buttons to produce it interesting and not overly complicated for any age group.

Cons: A few of the actions are not executed quite as smoothly or easily as about the commercials. For instance, to receive the BigFoot to put the ball, you have got to place the ball just so, and hope your mechanical thumb closes around it. If it doesn’t lock or close small enough, the ball just falls right back out. Also, the ball doesn’t really get thrown a lot as dropped with model. Still entertaining for a new 4-year old, but simply after many, many frustrating efforts qualifing for the ball to stick. Another con will be the sheer size/weight of your toy. When it flips above or falls backwards, it lands which includes a boom. My son used it from a bedroom with laminate fire wood floor, and there is a little chip inside the floor from the BigFoot clinching with such force. The idea makes odd mechanical disturbance when it breaths and moves its arms throughout resting mode, and as soon as it moves around. This helps it be a little hard to help hear it talk some times, over the whirring. Finally, and this is one that my son wishes were being different – it merely moves backwards and forwards, not side to area. If you’re trying to steer it round the room, good luck!

General, it’s a pretty darned neat toy. For the cash, I wish they’d got more maneuverable and predetermined the ball throwing.
